French Canadian Pork Spareribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 or 4 lb. spareribs
    1 large onion
    1 large lemon
    1 c. ketchup
    1/3 c. Worcestershire sauce
    2 c. water
    1 tsp. chili powder
    2 or 3 drops Tabasco sauce
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Place cut spareribs in shallow roasting pan. Pour juice of 1 lemon over ribs. Pare onion and place onion slices on top. Braise pork until brown on one side. Turn ribs and brown on the other side.
    Process will take about 45 minutes.
