Plum Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 c. water
    1 large can plums (pits and syrup)
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    lemon juice
    1/4 c. sour cream
Preparation
    In a pot, boil water.
    Add plums with syrup, sugar, cinnamon and lemon juice (approximately 1 tablespoon).
    Simmer for 20 minutes.
    Remove from heat and add sour cream.
    Can be served hot or cold over noodles or plain.
