Spinach Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup chopped onion
    2 cloves garlic
    1 pound ground beef
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 one pound cans whole, peeled tomatoes
    2 6-oz. cans tomato paste
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. dried oregano
    1 tsp. dried basil
    2 eggs
    2 10-oz. pkg. frozen spinach
    1 pound carton cottage cheese, drained
    6 ribbons of lasagna
    12 oz. sliced Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Saute first three ingredient in olive oil. Add next 5 ingredients. Simmer 35 minutes. Cook lasagna and set aside.
    Cook frozen spinach and drain very dry. Cool.
    Mix 2 beaten eggs, spinach and cottage cheese.
    Layer in baking dish:
    Sauce, 3 pieces lasagna and spinach mixture, then repeat. Top with sliced Mozzarella cheese. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
