Stuffed Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1 c. flour
    4 eggs
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    In\tsaucepan, heat water and butter to rolling boil.
    Stir in flour
    and
    stir vigorously over low heat until mixture forms a ball,
    about 1 minute.
    Remove from heat. Beat in eggs, all at
    once,
    until\tsmooth\tand glossy. Drop dough by slightly rounded
    teaspoonfuls
    onto
    greased or ungreased baking sheet.
    Bake about
    25
    minutes until puffed, golden
    brown and dry.
    Puffs
    can
    be
    stuffed
    with
    chicken salad, tuna, deviled ham, etc.
