Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    2/3 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    2 c. milk, scalded
    1 (9-inch) pie shell, unbaked
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Put the eggs, sugar, salt, nutmeg and vanilla together.
    Make sure eggs are a fluffy lemon color before adding ingredients to it.
    Add milk and mix together good.
    Pour into an unbaked pie shell.
    Bake for about 30 minutes until a knife inserted in the custard comes out clean.
