Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large potatoes, sliced thin
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. milk
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
    2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Mix flour, salt, pepper, milk, onion, cheese and butter together.
    Pour over sliced potatoes arranged in a greased baking dish.
    Bake 1 hour at 400\u00b0.
