Spinach Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can spinach
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1/2 c. milk
    2 eggs, separated
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 hard-boiled egg (optional)
Preparation
    Drain spinach; add egg yolks, 1 tablespoon butter, 1/2 cup milk and 3/4 of the cheese.
    Mix together.
    Beat egg whites.
    Add to the mixture in a casserole dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese is melted thoroughly.
    Melt remaining cheese with a little milk; pour on top of casserole.
    When done, slice boiled egg and put on top.
