Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. plain flour
2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs
2 c. grated carrots
Preparation

Sift first 5 ingredients together.
Beat eggs and oil together.
Combine with dry ingredients and fold in carrots.
Bake in 3 layers at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
