African Wedding Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
1 c. diced bananas
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
In a large bowl, sift and mix all ingredients.
Make a well in center of bowl.
Add unbeaten eggs, oil, vanilla, bananas and pineapple in the well in center of bowl. Stir, do not beat, until well blended.
Pour in greased and floured Bundt pan.
Bake 1 hour and 20 minutes.
