Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sliced Irish potatoes
    1 can mushroom soup
    2/3 c. milk
    1 chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    black pepper to taste
    4 to 6 pork chops
Preparation
    Place potatoes in casserole dish.
    Mix the remaining ingredients except pork chops together.
    Brown pork chops; put on top of potatoes and cover with mixture.
    Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes at 375\u00b0.
