Upside-Down Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. lemon cake mix
    2 lb. Ricotta cheese
    3/4 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. lemon juice or flavoring
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Prepare lemon cake mix as directed.
    Pour into 9 x 13-inch oblong glass or cake pan.
    Cream together other ingredients.
    Beat well.
    Pour over unbaked cake mix.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
    Cake will rise to top, cheese mix goes to the bottom.
