Coconut Macaroons - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 2/3 c. (7 oz.) coconut
    2/3 c. sugar
    6 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    4 egg whites
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Heat oven to 325. Mix coconut, sugar, flour, and salt in a large mixing bowl. Stir in beaten egg whites and vanilla until well blended. Drop by spoonful onto greased cookie sheets. Bake 20 minutes or until edges of cookies are golden brown. Remove from cookie sheets. Makes about 3 dozen.
