Crab Or Lobster Newburg - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    2 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    3/4 tsp. salt
    dash of cayenne
    dash of nutmeg
    2 c. heavy cream
    2 egg yolks
    1 lb. crab or lobster
    2 Tbsp. sherry
Preparation
    Melt butter in large skillet; blend in flour and seasonings. Gradually add cream and egg yolks, sherry and crab or lobster. Bake at 350\u00b0 in individual casseroles until custard consistency. Serve hot.
