Holiday Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. sweet Italian sausage (in long casing)
    2 green peppers
    1 c. pineapple chunks (in syrup)
    1 (8 oz.) jar sweet and sour sauce
    1 jar maraschino cherries
Preparation
    Brown sausage in electric frypan.
    Add strips of green pepper and simmer 6 hours.
