Cheese Puffs * - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. Jarlsberg cheese, grated
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    1 small garlic clove, minced
    salt to taste
    dash of Worcestershire sauce
    2 to 3 egg whites, beaten until soft peaks form
    crackers (like Ritz)
Preparation
    Mix together cheese, onion, garlic, salt and Worcestershire sauce.
    Let sit 1/2 hour.
    Fold in egg whites.
    Mold on crackers and broil.
    Serve warm.
