Beef Brisket - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 beef brisket
1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. liquid smoke
1/2 onion, sliced
meat tenderizer
salt and pepper
Preparation

Line a pan with several layers of foil.
Trim excess fat from brisket.
Sprinkle brisket with meat tenderizer, salt and pepper; pierce meat evenly.
