Teriyaki Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. sirloin steak or beef roast, sliced thin
    2 cloves garlic, chopped or 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. catsup
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. powdered ginger or fresh grated ginger
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Marinate meat in sauce for at least 4 hours.
    Make sure meat is completely covered by sauce or turn periodically to make sure all parts of meat are absorbing sauce.
    Best results when meat is cooked on outdoor grill.
