Pumpkin Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (18.5 oz.) pkg. yellow cake mix
2 eggs
1/4 c. water
2 tsp. baking soda
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In a large mixer bowl, mix ingredients. Beat 4 minutes at medium speed.
Spoon batter into a well-greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Bake 40 to 45 minutes until cake tests for doneness. Cool on wire rack.
Remove from pan. Sprinkle powdered sugar on top.
