Rio Grande Pork Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 lb. pork roast (boneless)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 c. apple jelly
    1/2 c. catsup
    1 Tbsp. vinegar (cider)
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
Preparation
    Combine the salt, garlic salt and chili powder. Rub on roast. In small saucepan, combine the jelly, catsup, vinegar and chili powder. Bring to a
    boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer for 2 minutes. Brush roast with glaze.
    Baste often with remaining glaze.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven. Add water to pan drippings for a delicious gravy.
