Hawaiian Wedding Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 yellow cake mix
    1-1/4 c. buttermilk
    4 egg whites
    1 egg
    8 oz. reduced-fat cream cheese, cubed
    1 c. cold 2% milk
    1 small pkg. sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix
    2 cans (one 20 oz., one 8 oz.) unsweetened crushed pineapple, drained
    1 (8 oz.) carton frozen fat-free whipped topping, thawed
    1/2 c. flaked coconut, toasted
Preparation
    In a mixing bowl, beat the dry cake mix, buttermilk, egg whites and egg on low speed until moistened. Beat on high for 2 minutes. Transfer to 13 x 9 inch baking pan coated with nonstick cooking spray. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 - 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool on wire rack.
