Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cornmeal
    1 c. flour
    1/3 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 c. milk
    4 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1 egg, slightly beaten
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0. Coat 8 x 8-inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray. Combine cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in bowl. Add egg, milk and butter. Stir until all ingredients are moistened. Pour into pan. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Cool in pan on wire rack.
