Hot Chicken Or Turkey Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 slices bread
1 c. celery
1/2 c. salad dressing
3 eggs
1 can mushroom soup
3 c. diced chicken or turkey
1/2 c. onion
3/4 tsp. salt
3 c. milk
grated cheese
Preparation

Cube 4 slices bread into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Combine meat, celery, onions, salad dressing and salt.
Spread over bread. Cube 4 more slices of bread and put on top of salad mixture.
Beat eggs and milk.
Pour over other ingredients in casserole and let stand overnight, covered, in refrigerator.
Spread undiluted soup evenly over casserole and bake 1 hour.
Sprinkle cheese on top and bake 15 minutes more.
Serves 8.
