Black Beans Cuban Style - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. black beans
    1/2 lb. onions (2 large onions)
    5 oz. olive oil
    2 Tbsp. salt or to taste
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    2 litres water
    1/2 lb. green pepper, chopped
    5 garlic cloves
    1/2 Tbsp. cumin
    1 oz. white vinegar
Preparation
    Soak beans in water overnight.
    Add salt and cook beans until soft.
    In a mortar, mash the garlic; add to it the cumin, oregano and vinegar.
