Refrigerator Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. shortening
    1/4 c. lukewarm water
    3 eggs, beaten
    2 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk, scalded
    5 c. all-purpose flour
Preparation
    Put yeast
    in
    lukewarm
    water;
    scald milk.
    Add sugar, salt and shortening;
    cool to lukewarm.
    Add 2 cups flour; beat well. Add eggs and yeast to milk and blend well; add remaining flour to make
    soft
    dough.
    Turn
    out on lightly floured board and knead. Shape rolls in greased baking pans.
    Brush top with butter.
    Cover and let rise in warm place until double in bulk, 1 to 2 hours. Bake
    in
    hot
    425\u00b0
    oven
    for 12 to 15 minutes. This makes good cinnamon rolls.
