Pineapple Salad(Good For Diabetics) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. lemon or lime low calorie gelatin dessert
    1 c. boiling water
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple in unsweetened pineapple juice (reserve juice)
    6 oz. sugar-free Sprite
    4 oz. whipped topping
Preparation
    Add boiling water to gelatin dessert.
    Stir until dissolved. Add pineapple juice and Sprite.
    Chill until medium stiff.
    Whip with mixer until foamy.
    Gradually whip the whipped topping into the jello mixture.
    Fold in pineapple.
    Pour into mold.
    Chill until set.
