Lasagna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef or turkey
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 1/2 c. water
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. oregano
dash of pepper
1/2 tsp. sugar
10 pieces lasagna noodles, cooked
1 lb. dry cottage cheese or 1 lb. Ricotta cheese
3/4 lb. grated Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Place ground beef in 2 quart casserole. Cover and microwave on High 6 to 8 minutes.
Stir halfway through cooking.
Drain all grease.
Add tomato sauce, paste, water, soup mix, seasonings and sugar.
Cover and microwave on High 6 to 8 minutes. Stir halfway through cooking.
Microwave on Low (30%) for 10 minutes to blend flavors.
Cook noodles according to directions.
Rinse noodles in cold water.
Place alternate layers of noodles, cottage cheese, sauce and Mozzarella in large ceramic or Corning Ware dish, ending with sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
Let stand 10 minutes or microwave on High for 10 to 12 minutes.
Let stand 5 to 10 minutes.
