Banana Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. shortening
1 c. mashed bananas
3/4 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. sour milk
1 Tbsp. vanilla
nuts (as desired)
Preparation

Cream eggs, sugar and shortening until smooth.
Add mashed bananas.
Mix together dry ingredients and add alternately with sour milk and vanilla.
Add nuts.
Bake at 350\u00b0 in a 13 x 9-inch pan for about 45 minutes.
Bake cupcakes for 20 to 25 minutes.
