Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean beef, cut 3 x 1/2-inch
    1 c. hot beef stock or bouillon
    3 Tbsp. tomato juice
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    3/4 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. fat
    mushrooms, if desired
Preparation
    Mix salt and pepper with flour; roll strips of beef in mixture, brown in fat and remove from skillet.
    Add beef stock, tomato juice, mustard and Worcestershire sauce.
    Bring to a boil; add meat.
    Simmer, covered, until meat is almost tender.
    Add sour cream and continue simmering, uncovered, until meat is tender. Serve over rice or noodles.
