Squirrel Sauce Piquant - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    17 squirrels, marinated if preferred
    3 cans tomato sauce
    2 lb. onions, chopped
    2 heads garlic
    4 stalks chopped celery
    2 bell peppers, chopped
    cooking oil
    4 tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Cut up meat; salt and pepper.
    Brown until tender in pot with 1/8 inch oil.
    Add small amounts water from time to time to prevent sticking.
    Remove meat when tender.
