Salmon Party Log - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) can salmon
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philly cream cheese
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3 tsp. grated onion
    1 1/2 tsp. horseradish
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. liquid smoke sauce
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1 Tbsp. dry parsley
Preparation
    Drain, clean and flake salmon.
    Combine all ingredients except pecans and parsley.
    Chill in refrigerator for several hours. Roll into log and let set in refrigerator until the next day, then roll into mixture of chopped pecans and parsley.
