Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1/2 c. shortening
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
milk
Preparation
-
Blend flour and shortening with fork or pastry blender.
Blend in baking powder and salt. Add enough milk for stiff dough. Pat out on floured board.
Cut out with biscuit cutter.
Place in greased pan, turning over each biscuit.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
