Pina Colada Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. oil
6 eggs, separated
3/4 c. cold water
1 c. coconut
1 Tbsp. grated orange rind
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
8 oz. can crushed pineapple in juice
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter or margarine
1/3 c. light rum
Preparation

Mix flour, 1 1/2 cups sugar, baking powder and salt in bowl. Make a well in center and add oil, egg yolks, water, coconut and orange rind.
Beat until smooth.
Beat egg whites with cream of tartar until stiff peaks form.
Gradually pour egg yolk mixture over egg whites, folding gently just until blended (do not beat or stir).
