Cheesy Tarts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour (whole wheat or unbleached)
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 stick cold butter
1 c. cottage cheese
2 Tbsp. honey

Preparation

Sift flour, baking powder and salt together.
Cut up the stick of butter and rub the butter into the flour until it is crumbly. In another bowl mix the cottage cheese and honey.
Add this second mixture to the first.
Mix with hands until smooth.
Flour the table top or a board and sprinkle some more flour on the dough. Roll out until thin like a pie crust.
Cut dough into circles. Place on cookie sheet or tart pans.
Spread a little jam in the middle.
Bake 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Cool and eat.
