Butterscotch Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    2 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    pinch of salt
    1 c. pecans
Preparation
    In a large mixing bowl, melt margarine in microwave.
    Add brown sugar and vanilla.
    Allow to cool; then add eggs.
    Sift together dry ingredients and stir into margarine-sugar mixture. Add pecans.
    Pour into a greased 10 x 15-inch pan.
    Spread evenly. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Cool.
    Cut into bars.
