Salmon Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small can salmon, drained
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. onion flakes (optional)
1/2 tsp. liquid smoke or Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Mix all ingredients.
Form into a ball and chill.
Before serving, roll in nuts or parsley.
Serve with crackers or toast.
