4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
8 oz. sliced ham
8 oz. Swiss cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
milk
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Lay chicken breasts flat; place 1 slice ham and Swiss cheese on top of chicken.
Fold in half and secure with a toothpick.
