Bill Collins Finger Licking Good Barbecue Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. vegetable oil
1 large onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. good grade catsup
1/2 c. mustard
1/2 c. vinegar
1 1/2 to 2 Tbsp. cayenne pepper
1 Tbsp. salt
Preparation

Combine and cook until onions are tender and sauce is thick. When cooking chicken, cook over low heat, turning and mopping chickens with the sauce about every 15 minutes.
Cook approximately 3 hours, or until wings and legs are ready to twist from the body.
Watch your heat and try not to burn the chickens. This recipe makes enough sauce for 6 chickens.
