The Best Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. white flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 pkg. hot cocoa mix (about 1/2 c. cocoa)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. warm water
    1/3 c. vegetable oil
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 1/2 tsp. white vinegar
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 c. chocolate chips (optional)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Spray two 8-inch pans or 1 large pan. Mix the flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt in a bowl.
    Pour in the water, oil, vanilla and vinegar and stir until well combined.
    Add chocolate chips.
    Pour into the prepared pans and bake 30 minutes or until done.
    Cake can be iced or sprinkled with powdered sugar.
