Freezer Pickles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 qt. cucumbers, peeled and sliced thin
    1 large onion, sliced
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. white vinegar
Preparation
    Bring sugar and vinegar to a boil and set aside.
    Place cucumbers in a plastic bowl.
    Stir in salt.
    Let set 2 hours. Drain off water.
    Add sugar and vinegar mixture.
    Stir for 15 minutes occasionally.
    Put in plastic boxes.
    Freeze.
