Baked Lasagna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. lasagna noodles
1/2 to 3/4 lb. ground beef
20 oz. spaghetti sauce
1/4 c. water
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. oregano
2 Tbsp. Parmesan
4 oz. Mozzarella
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1/8 tsp. oregano
Preparation

Saute meat, breaking it into small particles as it browns. Drain, then add spaghetti sauce, water, 1/4 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon oregano and simmer 15 minutes.
Cook noodles, as directed. Prepare a filling by mixing cheeses, eggs, 1/2 teaspoon salt, pepper and 1/8 teaspoon oregano together.
Put a small amount of sauce in bottom of greased 8 x 8-inch pan.
Alternate with layers of noodles, cheese filling, noodles, meat sauce, etc.
Cover with sauce, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, if desired.
Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 40 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
