Cherry Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Crisco
    2 1/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    cold water
    1 stick oleo
    1 c. water
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    2 heaping Tbsp. flour or 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 cans cherries (pie)
    4 tsp. red food coloring
Preparation
    Cream together Crisco and flour in a bowl.
    Add salt and enough cold water to make ingredients cling together, about 6 to 8 tablespoons.
    Roll out dough on floured surface until dough is very thin.
    Cut up oleo and place it in a 12 x 13-inch pan.
    In a separate bowl, combine sugar, salt and flour and mix well.
    Add cherries,
    1 cup water and food coloring and mix well.
    Pour mixture over oleo and top with crust.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until crust browns.
