Pizzelles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. oil
3/4 c. sugar
1/3 stick butter, softened
2 tsp. baking powder
anise extract to taste (usually 3/4 bottle)
2 1/2 c. flour, added gradually
Preparation

Heat pizzelle iron during mixing of ingredients.
Mix all ingredients in order given.
Add flour slowly.
Drop tablespoons onto iron and bake until golden brown.
Remove and cool flat on paper towels.
Makes about 45 cookies.
