Sweet Potato Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can Eagle Brand milk
3 c. cooked sweet potatoes
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. flour
2 eggs
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Beat potato until creamy.
Then mix 2 eggs, 1 teaspoon vanilla and Eagle Brand milk with the creamed sweet potatoes.
Then mix brown sugar, flour and nuts.
Sprinkle mixture on top of potatoes and dot with butter.
Cook 45 minutes at 250\u00b0.
