Shady Maple Granola - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. rolled oats or oatmeal
    1 c. sunflower seeds or nut meats
    1/2 c. sesame seed
    1/2 c. shredded coconut (optional)
    1 c. raisins
    1/4 c. oil
    1/2 c. pure maple syrup
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. salt (more or less to taste)
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients (omit raisins).
    Combine liquid ingredients and add wet to dry, mixing thoroughly.
    Bake in shallow, oiled pan for 20 to 30 minutes in slow oven at 300\u00b0 or until toasted to taste.
    When cool, mix in raisins or other dried fruit.
    Store in dry, cool place.
