Vegetarian Lasagne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) cans Italian seasoned tomato paste
    2 c. water
    2 eggs
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) container Ricotta or 16 oz. creamed cottage cheese
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 lb. sliced Mozzarella cheese
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
    1/2 lb. uncooked lasagne noodles
Preparation
    Mix tomato paste and water in saucepan.
    Heat, stirring, until well blended.
    Remove from heat.
    Beat eggs in large bowl. Add Ricotta or cottage cheese and spinach.
    Lightly grease bottom of a 13
    x9 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Cover bottom of dish with a little sauce, layer of uncooked noodles, half of spinach/cheese mixture and half of sauce.
    Repeat layers.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Cover dish with a lightly greased sheet of aluminum foil. Bake at 350\u00b0 in a preheated oven for 60 minutes.
    Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
