Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 large potatoes
    1 small chopped onion
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 lb. chopped bacon
    2 c. shredded American cheese
Preparation
    Boil potatoes with skins on. Cool and peel. Quarter like mashed potatoes. Put into 9 x 13 glass pan. Add onion, salt and pepper to taste. Add 1 cup mayonnaise. Stir well. Brown your bacon; drain and sprinkle over potatoes. Add cheese over the bacon. Bake 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
