Sweet Potato Pie(Makes 2 Pies) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

dash of salt
1 large can drained sweet potatoes
1 stick butter
5 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. allspice

Preparation

In a mixing bowl, mix all ingredients.
Beat on medium speed with a hand mixer.
Pour into 2 deep pie crusts and bake 1 1/4 hours at 350\u00b0.
