Sausage And Cornbread Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bulk pork sausage
    1 c. chopped green onions
    1 (11 oz.) can condensed Cheddar cheese soup, undiluted
    1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes, drained and chopped
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
    1 c. diced potatoes
    1 tsp. ground coriander
    1 c. Bisquick baking mix
    2/3 c. self-rising cornmeal
    2 Tbsp. chopped green onions
    1/2 c. milk
    1 egg
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (2 oz.)
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Cook sausage and 1 cup onions in a large skillet until pork is brown; drain and return to skillet.
    Add soup and next 4 ingredients.
    Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. Spoon mixture into greased 3-quart casserole. Combine baking mix and remaining ingredients. Spread over sausage mixture. Bake 15 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center of topping comes out clean.
    Makes 6 servings.
