Oriental Chicken Wings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    24 chicken wings
    1/3 c. soy sauce
    4 Tbsp. oil
    3 Tbsp. butter
    pepper to taste
    1/2 c. orange marmalade
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    salt (if desired)
Preparation
    Cut chicken wings in half.
    Discard tips.
    Place in baking pan.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Pour soy sauce and oil over wing pieces.
    Dot with butter.
    Cover with foil.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Uncover.
    Add ginger and marmalade.
    Return for 10 minutes.
    Turn wings.
    Return for 10 more minutes.
    Drain on paper towels.
    Serve hot.
