Swedish Meat Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground pork sausage or Jimmy Dean regular
1 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
3/4 c. milk
1/4 c. oil
3 bouillon cubes
3 c. boiling water
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
5 Tbsp. flour
2 bay leaves
Preparation

Combine first 6 ingredients.
Form into balls.
Brown in oil. Remove balls to casserole.
Dissolve bouillon cubes in boiling water; add lemon juice.
Blend flour with remaining fat in skillet.
Slowly add bouillon mixture.
Pour mixture over meat balls.
Add bay leaves.
Cover and bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
